Policies

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT:

All bookings must be secured with a major credit card through the booking portal (Vagaro). The card on file will be only be charged upon the completion of your appointment, with the exception of the penalty fees outlined below. Cash is also accepted at check-out. By booking through Vagaro you automatically accept the policies outlined on this page.

RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATIONS:

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, LSWS may charge your card up to the full amount of value of the services scheduled. Cancellations can be made via the link in your confirmation email from Vagaro, or simply by phone or email and can be made 24/7. If you have not received a confirmation from Landing Strip Wax Studio for your cancellation, it means I have not received your request. All no-shows will be charged 100% of the value of the services scheduled.

ARRIVAL:

Please plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow enough time to use the facilities or finish phone calls, should you need to do so. If you are more than 5 minutes late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule all of part of the services scheduled.

*Please note that a fee of 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to customers arriving more than 5 minutes late, should the appointment time be forfeited.

CHILD SAFETY:

For safety and insurance reasons, no child under the age of 10 may accompany you while you are receiving a service. We cannot ensure their safety in a professional environment and would not want to compromise the quality of your service(s). We do require a minimum age of 14 with a parent present to receive any service, and all clients receiving a bikini wax service to be at least 18 years of age.
